The Role You will deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to each pupil's communication needs, supporting learners from Early Years through to Post-16 . Working closely with teaching assistants, Speech and Language Therapists, Teachers of the Deaf, families and other professionals, you'll create an inclusive environment where every child can flourish. We are looking for someone who: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential). • Has experience supporting pupils with SEND, particularly: • Hearing Impairment (HI) • Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) • Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) • Social Communication Difficulties Has a caring, patient and nurturing approach.Builds strong relationships with pupils, families and professionals.Delivers engaging, child-centred learning that promotes communication, confidence and independence.Is creative, adaptable and committed to inclusive education.
