We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

The Role
• Deliver tailored 1:1 tuition sessions to students with SEN and additional needs

Essential Requirements
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience supporting students with SEN and/or additional needs
• Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum
• Experience teaching or tutoring core subjects including Maths and English
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual learner needs
• Compassionate, patient, and child-centred approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience delivering GCSE or Functional Skills tuition
• Experience working within SEN schools, Alternative Provisions, PRUs, or delivering 1:1 tuition
