Requirements for the year 2 teacher role
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
• Have previous experience teaching in a Year 2 classroom.
• Have a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to adapt lessons to meet the individual needs of all pupils.
• Be confident in planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons.
• Be passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Be committed to supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
