Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and external professionals. Supporting the pupil with aspects of personal care when required. Creating a safe, nurturing and structured environment that enables the pupil to thrive.The Ideal Candidate Experience supporting children with ASC, SEMH or other additional needs. Confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm and consistent manner. Resilient, patient and able to build positive, trusting relationships. Comfortable supporting personal care needs when necessary. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
