Attendance Officer Required from as soon as possible Grade 10 Term-time only Salary: £33,060.00 - £36,660.00 (FTE) Actual Salary: £12,021.82 - £13,330.91 16 hours per week (with some degree of flexibility) Braunstone Frith Primary Academy is a large school on the western edge of Leicester City. We are looking to appoint an Attendance Officer to join our Inclusion Team. We are seeking an Attendance Officer who is experienced and ready to support some of our most vulnerable children and families. We are looking for someone who: has a desire to continue our upward trajectory of improving attendance has a real desire to support children to achieve the best that they can and be ‘Positive Thinkers and Lifelong Learners’ has experience of working in a school setting is able to maintain an inner calm and confidence and be able to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff is enthusiastic, highly committed, a good communicator and enjoys working with children and families has high expectations of school attendance has an understanding of the barriers to school attendance is hard working and dedicated is resilient and able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative Safeguarding We are committed to the safety of our students and the protection of staff.
