Applicants must have experience of and be committed to: Ensuring the welfare and well being of our pupils is always paramount Promoting and maintaining excellent school attendance and punctuality and to using management information systems Multi-disciplinary working Safeguarding procedures and practices including child protection work Working with families to support vulnerable children You will: Have strong communication skills Be able to use your initiative Have excellent organisation skills Value all children equally and share our inclusive ethos Have Maths and English GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent)
