    A respected independent co-educational school in Manchester is seeking a Behaviour Manager to join its pastoral team on a full-time, temporary basis from October Half Term 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to support students across Key Stages 3–5, promoting positive behaviour and helping to maintain the welcoming, respectful environment the school is known for. The Role Working closely with pastoral leaders and teaching staff, you'll provide targeted support for students and help create a positive learning environment. Key responsibilities include: • Supporting students with behaviour and pastoral needs • Developing behaviour support plans and interventions • Working with Heads of Year, teachers, and families • Coordinating restorative practice and reintegration support • Monitoring behaviour, attendance, and punctuality • Maintaining accurate records and contributing to safeguarding processes About the School This established 11–18 independent school offers small class sizes, excellent pastoral care, and a broad curriculum.
