Hours of work : Full time Contract type: Fixed term contract until 31 August 2027 Closing date (and time) : Sunday 19 July 2026 Interview date : Wednesday 22 July 2026 Commencement date : September 2026 An opportunity has arisen for a qualified teacher to join our school community. Fitzmaurice Primary School, part of the Palladian Academy Trust, is seeking to appoint a professional and motivated Teacher. This is a one-year fixed-term contract commencing in September. The successful candidate will be working with a small group of SEND pupils in Year 5. We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who align with our values and educational ethos. Our School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable groups and expects all employees and volunteers to share this commitment.   As part of this commitment anyone working in a post with children or vulnerable groups will be expected to undertake an Enhanced DBS check with/without barred list checks. As this post involves working within one of these groups, we will require an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check and/or subscription to the DBS online service. The suitability of all prospective employees or volunteers will be assessed during the recruitment process in line with this commitment.
