You might be an experienced TA or HLTA that feels ready for a step up and comfortable with behaviour management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who works with children currently and wants a chance to develop and learn, there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual then this is the role for you. The role The role will entail you supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible and enjoy working with children.
