As a Cover Supervisor, you'll supervise pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task. What You'll Be Doing • Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a variety of subjects. • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment. • Ensuring students complete the work set by the teacher. • Providing feedback to school staff following lessons. • Adapting confidently to different schools and classroom environments.
