Cover Supervisor – Secondary School | Crawley Area Masterclass are currently looking for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming secondary school in the Crawley area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain further classroom experience within education. The school is easily accessible by bus, and it has ample parking. Role Details * Location: Crawley * Position: Cover Supervisor - Mainstream Secondary * Pay: £110 per day * 8:30 – 3:30 * September start Responsibilities * Supervising classes in the absence of the class teacher * Ensuring students remain on task and engaged with set work * Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies * Providing support to students where required * Reporting back to teaching staff on lesson progress and behaviour Requirements * Previous experience supporting young people * Previous experience presenting and communicating confidently to groups of people * Strong communication and classroom management skills * Confident, adaptable, and professional approach * A passion for supporting students within education Masterclass Education provide CPD recognised online training, covering subjects such as Safeguarding, Autism Awareness, Understanding Child Development, Violence Reduction, and more, to all our candidates.
