Cover Supervisor

A Cover Supervisor is a key member of staff who ensures that learning continues smoothly when a teacher is absent. Although they do not deliver new teaching content, they maintain order, support students, and keep lessons on track using the work set by the absent teacher. Who we're looking for A successful Cover Supervisor needs a blend of behaviour management skills, organisational ability, communication strengths and a calm, confident presence.
