Cover Supervisor

Are you confident leading a classroom and keeping students engaged in the absence of the class teacher? Do you have experience working with young people in an education or youth work setting? The schools are looking to appoint a full-time Cover Supervisor on a daily supply basis from September. The successful Cover Supervisor will confidently deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour, encourage student engagement and quickly build positive relationships with pupils across a variety of subjects. A subject specialism supported by a Bachelor's degree would be advantageous but is not essential.
