The successful candidate will: Teach and supervise whole classes across the primary age range. Deliver lessons from teachers' plans and resources. Plan and prepare lessons during longer-term cover arrangements. Mark and assess pupils' work in line with school policies. Maintain a positive and purposeful learning environment. Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and achievement. Support pupils with a range of needs, including SEND. Undertake playground, breaktime and lunchtime supervision duties. Work closely with teachers and leaders to secure the best possible outcomes for pupils. Contribute fully to the wider life of the school. We Are Looking For Someone Who: Has experience working with primary-aged children. Can confidently lead whole-class learning. Has excellent behaviour management skills. Is able to plan, deliver and assess learning effectively. Has high expectations of themselves and others. Believes that every child can succeed, regardless of background or starting point. Is flexible, resilient and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Has excellent communication and organisational skills. Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
