Vision for Education are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Penkridge. About the role As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. You will help maintain high standards of behaviour, support learning across a variety of subjects, and provide continuity in students' education. This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexibility, varied experience across different school settings, or a pathway into teaching. Key Responsibilities • Supervise classes across Key Stages 3–5 following lesson plans provided by teaching staff. • Maintain student engagement, behaviour, and safety. • Support learning by assisting students with tasks where appropriate. • Adapt to the needs of different classes and school environments. • Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
