Cover Supervisor

Teaching Personnel Liverpool are seeking strong, experienced, and dedicated Cover Supervisors to join our team for the new academic year starting in September 2026 . The Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Your responsibilities will include: • Delivering pre-set lesson plans across a range of subjects • Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies • Ensuring a safe, positive, and productive learning environment • Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour • Building positive relationships with students and staff The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting • Strong behaviour management skills • Confidence leading a classroom independently • Excellent communication and organisational skills • A flexible and proactive approach to work • A genuine passion for education What We Offer: • Competitive daily pay of £95 – £110 per day • Flexible working to suit your availability • Opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements • Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant • Access to professional development and training Whether you are an experienced Cover Supervisor or looking to gain further classroom experience, we would love to hear from you!
