Cover Supervisor Location: Corby Salary: £100 - £110 per day (Depending on experience) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Day-to-Day Supply, Full time/Part time Are you a confident and proactive individual with strong behaviour management skills? Do you enjoy making a difference in schools? GSL Education are looking for an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a client school in Corby on a day-to-day supply basis! Responsibilities: As a Cover Supervisor , you will: • Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the teacher. • Ensure students stay on task with the work set by their teacher. • Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive learning environment. • Provide support to students where needed, ensuring lessons run smoothly. • Liaise with teaching staff to ensure effective lesson delivery. Requirements: To be successful as a Cover Supervisor , you should have: • Confidence and a proactive approach to working in a classroom setting. • Strong behaviour management skills to maintain classroom discipline. • Good levels of Maths and English (essential). • A passion for supporting students' learning and development. • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
