SEND Cover Supervisor – Challenging Behaviour Location: Kirkby in Ashfield Contract: Full-time or Part-time, flexibility to suit you Pay: Dependent on experience (PAYE, no umbrella deductions) Start Date: ASAP and SEPTEMBER START Are you the calm in the storm, the steady presence that helps pupils reset, refocus, and feel safe? We’re working with one of our brilliant partner schools in Kirkby in Ashfield to find a confident and compassionate SEND Cover Supervisor who can step in, lead the room, and support pupils with challenging behaviour to get the most from their day. This role is ideal for someone who understands behaviour as communication and knows that consistency, patience, and clear boundaries make all the difference. If you’ve worked with pupils with SEMH, autism, trauma backgrounds, or complex needs, you’ll feel right at home here.
