As an SEN Cover Supervisor , your key responsibilities will include: • Delivering pre-prepared lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). • Use effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive, structured environment • Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and resources for accessibility. Requirements To succeed as an SEN Cover Supervisor, you will need: • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND (school, care, or youth work) • A strong interest in progressing into teaching or education careers • Knowledge of autism, ADHD, and inclusive support strategies • Confidence managing behaviour and leading groups of students • Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners What we offer As a SEN Cover Supervisor you benefit from: • Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
