We are currently seeking Cover Supervisors for both primary and secondary to join several schools within the Trust, with immediate start opportunities available. Your responsibilities will include: • Supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a range of subjects and year groups • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies • Supporting students with their learning and encouraging engagement • Reporting back to teaching staff on student progress and classroom activity • Building rapport with students and staff across different school settings This is an ideal opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching, recent graduates, or those with experience in youth work, coaching, or mentoring.
