Cover Supervisor Wellingborough | Full-Time | September 2026 Start | Up to £130 per day (PAYE) We are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join a friendly and supportive primary school in Wellingborough from September 2026. This is a full-time position for the entire academic year, offering an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in the classroom. The Role As a Primary Cover Supervisor, you will: Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 when teachers are absent. Create a positive and engaging learning environment. Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies. Support pupils to stay focused and complete their learning activities. Provide feedback to teaching staff on pupil progress and lesson outcomes. The Ideal Candidate Experience working with primary-aged children in a school or similar setting. Confident leading a class independently. Excellent communication and behaviour management skills. A positive, flexible and proactive attitude. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one. What We Offer Up to £130 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella companies. Full-time role for the 2026/27 academic year.
