Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Chichester Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Pay Rate: £100–£120 per day About the Role Looking to gain valuable classroom experience? Supply Desk is recruiting confident Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Chichester this September. Perfect for graduates, aspiring teachers or experienced education professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to build classroom management skills and gain insight into secondary education. Key Responsibilities Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher. Deliver pre-set work and ensure students remain on task. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Support students with their learning where appropriate. Report any issues or concerns to senior staff. Candidate Requirements Confident and professional approach to classroom management. Experience working with young people is desirable. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments.
