Core Responsibilities • MIS Strategic Oversight: Taking full responsibility for the management and development of the school’s MIS ( Arbor, Bromcom, or SIMS ), ensuring data integrity across all modules. • Assessment & Reporting: Designing and managing the school’s assessment cycles, producing high-quality progress reports for parents, and providing detailed "Value Added" analysis for Senior Leadership. • Statutory Compliance: Leading on all statutory data returns, including the School Census , Workforce Census, and results day processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and deadline adherence. • Exam Data Integration: Working closely with the Exams Officer to ensure seamless data flow between internal tracking systems and external awarding bodies. • Timetable Support: Assisting with the construction and maintenance of the school timetable, managing room changes, and ensuring staff and student schedules are optimised. • Data Visualisation: Translating complex datasets into clear, visual dashboards for Governors and Ofsted, highlighting trends in student attainment and demographic gaps.
