Deputy Nursery Manager

What the Company Offer: * Great Pay: Competitive salary based on your skills and experience. * Career Growth: Funded training courses and clear paths to promotion What You Will Do: * Lead the Team: Inspire, mentor, and support room leaders and staff. * Run Operations: Step up to run the nursery when the Manager is away. * Deliver Excellence: Ensure high-quality care and learning through the EYFS framework. * Keep Children Safe: Maintain strict health, safety, and safeguarding standards. * Partner with Parents: Build strong, trusting relationships with their families. Hours of work: Monday - Friday upto 40 hours per week, 51 weeks of the year (closed on bank holidays and 1 week at Christmas) What You Will Need * Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years (or higher). * Experience: At least 2 years of experience leading a team (like a Room Leader). * Framework Knowledge: A deep understanding of EYFS and Ofsted standards. * Key Certifications: A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate is preferred. * Safety Checks: A clean, enhanced DBS check (we can help arrange this).
