This is an exciting opportunity to support the running of a high-quality nursery while helping to guide and develop a passionate team. This beautifully refurbished nursery, set within a stunning converted building, is looking for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join its leadership team. We're looking for someone with previous senior early years experience who is ready to support the Nursery Manager in maintaining outstanding standards of care and education. Children benefit from thoughtfully designed learning environments both indoors and outdoors. The nursery boasts a fantastic garden, allowing children of all ages to explore the outdoors safely and confidently. Inside, spacious, well-equipped rooms feature creative areas for messy play, an inspiring art studio, and cosy quiet spaces where children can relax, read, and recharge. What We're Looking For • Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent). • Previous senior experience within an early years setting is essential. • Experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager , Third in Charge , Senior Room Leader , or an experienced Room Leader ready to take the next step. • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and child development. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. • A positive, proactive approach to supporting and developing nursery teams. • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional early years education and care. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
