Early Years Practitioner - Full Time Position: Early Years Practitioner Hours: Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £14.25 - £17.50 per hour Contract Type: Full-Time Agency: Prospero Teaching Early Years Practitioner Required Prospero Teaching is currently recruiting caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming early years settings. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing during their crucial early years. We are looking for nurturing professionals who can help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive and achieve their developmental milestones. The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: Support children's learning and development through play-based activities Create a safe, caring, and inclusive environment Encourage children's social, emotional, and communication development Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Observe, monitor, and record children's progress Support children's personal care needs where required Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues The Ideal Candidate We are keen to hear from candidates who: Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable) Have previous experience working in a nursery, preschool, or early years setting Have a sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Are caring, patient, and passionate about early childhood development Have excellent communication and teamwork skills Are committed to creating positive learning experiences for young children Hold an enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one What Prospero Teaching Offers Competitive hourly rates of £14.25 - £17.50 per hour Opportunities for long-term, temporary, temp-to-perm, and permanent positions Ongoing support from a dedicated consultant Access to free safeguarding and CPD training Opportunities to gain experience across a variety of educational settings A rewarding role supporting children during a vital stage of their development About Prospero Teaching Prospero Teaching is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, supporting schools, nurseries, and educational settings nationwide.
