Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Haringey | Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Long-Term / Permanent Opportunity Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-established nursery in the London Borough of Haringey to recruit a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner for a full-time, long-term or permanent position. About the Nursery The nursery provides a nurturing and child-centred environment where children are encouraged to learn through exploration, play, and meaningful experiences. The setting follows the EYFS framework and places a strong emphasis on supporting every child's individual development and wellbeing. The nursery prides itself on its inclusive ethos and welcomes applications from practitioners who have experience supporting children with SEND or who are keen to develop their knowledge in this area. The Role As an Early Years Practitioner, you will: • Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning through play • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues • Complete observations and contribute to children's learning journeys • Support children's personal, social, and emotional development • Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children • Support children with SEND and additional needs where required • Provide personal care, including toileting and feeding where necessary The Ideal Candidate Will Have • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare or equivalent • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework • Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable • Experience using nursery systems such as Tapestry is beneficial • Paediatric First Aid qualification is desirable • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one • A current Safeguarding certificate or willingness to complete training • The right to work in the UK What's in it for you? • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience • Long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent contract • Supportive leadership team and welcoming working environment • Opportunities for career progression and development • Access to ongoing CPD and training • Dedicated consultant support throughout the recruitment process • Potential progression into senior practitioner or room leader positions • Childcare discount schemes where applicable If you are a qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a long-term or permanent opportunity within a supportive nursery environment, we would love to hear from you.
