As well as ensuring exam board regulations are adhered to throughout the exam process and that the examinations run smoothly, Exam Invigilators will also assist with setting up the exams hall, distributing and collecting exam papers and ensuring students are seated according to seating plans. Flexibility of hours to be worked is essential. Mock exams run in November and March, with the main external exam season running from May to July. Morning sessions start at 8.30am, generally finishing around 11.30am, afternoon sessions start at 12.30pm, usually finishing by 3.10pm. Exact dates would be confirmed well in advance, with the possibility of additional sessions being offered later as unexpected situations arise.
