Ensuring that the examination hall is correctly set up and equipped for the examination. Assisting with examination administration, such as attendance registers and seating plans. Ensuring the integrity of the examination through 'active' invigilation, maintaining examination conditions while candidates and/or papers remain in the venue. What We're Looking For: You are the perfect fit for our team if you have: Good reading and writing skills, alongside the ability to count and undertake basic calculations. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own time effectively. The ability to follow instructions precisely and complete basic forms accurately. A commitment to maintaining a respectful, trusting, and supportive environment for all students. Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification for full details. We are committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of any protected characteristics. This is embedded in our vision ‘To Be Greater Than The Sum Of Its Parts’, where we believe we are strong and more successful working together, creating a workplace which celebrates diversity. To Apply: Ready to take the next step? Submit an application on My New Term by 9am on Friday 4th September 2026.
