5 Dimensions Trust is currently advertising for the following exciting permanent opportunity: Trust Head of Estates To commence September 2026 Permanent Full-Time Salary: Grade 9 £46,141 - £50,268 per annum 3 7 hrs per week, 52 weeks per year Do you want to make a lasting impact on the learning environments of thousands of young people? 5 Dimensions Trust is seeking an ambitious and strategic Head of Estates to lead the development, management and future direction of our estate across a growing family of schools. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced estates professional to join our Central Services Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the Trust's future. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Headteachers and Trustees, you will influence strategic decisions, lead major capital investment projects, drive sustainability initiatives and ensure our school environments are safe, compliant and inspiring places to learn and work. Our schools sit at the heart of their communities. As Head of Estates, you will be responsible for ensuring that every building, facility and outdoor space supports educational outcomes. The ideal candidate will have: - Experience managing estates, facilities or property portfolios within a complex multi-site environment Can think strategically whilst delivering operational excellence A strong understanding of health and safety compliance and risk management Successfully delivered capital works and improvement projects Can influence senior leaders and stakeholders with confidence and credibility Is passionate about creating environments where staff and students can thrive Enjoys working collaboratively and building strong professional relationships across multiple sites A NEBOSH qualification or similar professional health and safety qualification would be advantageous, as would experience within education or the public sector.
