The Governors are therefore looking for a dynamic, motivated, innovative and inspirational educator who, whilst building on the excellent work to date will: Inspire all of our children and staff to reach their full potential; Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and have a forward-thinking vision for the school; Promote genuine collaborative teamwork by motivating, managing and inspiring staff through excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Build on already strong relationships that exist between the school, the co-located partner school, parents and the wider community.
