This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers to plan, deliver and adapt learning activities for individuals, groups and whole classes. You will also provide short-term class cover when required, ensuring continuity of learning and effective behaviour management. As an HLTA/Pastoral Support, you will lead and support a team of teaching assistants, contribute to the development of a specialist area (such as SEND, EAL or curriculum support), and help monitor and assess pupil progress. You will play a vital role in promoting inclusion, supporting pupils’ social and emotional development, and creating a positive learning environment.
