About this Role The Candidate We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Subject Inclusion Coordinator to join our team at de Ferrers . This role will focus on supporting the progress and achievement of vulnerable students in English, ensuring high-quality intervention, targeted support,and close collaboration with teachers and leaders. The successful candidate will identify and address barriers to learning, promoting accelerated progress and improved outcomes for disadvantaged learners. You will work closely with teachers, teaching assistants and the support and guidance team to deliver tailored interventions, encourage positive behaviour and ensure every student is supported to succeed in a nurturing and structured environment. 37 hours per week, 39.2 weeks per year.
