Reset Room Manager Permanent Start date asap Term time only - 32.5 hours per week Grade C3 Scale Points 19-22 Actual Salary £24,515 to £25,767 Closing date 9am Wednesday 12th August 2026 Interviews week commencing 17th August 2026 We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Reset Room Manager to join a highly successful academy as the operational leader of the academy’s consequences and reintegration provision. An enthusiastic, suitably qualified colleague will manage the Reset Room ensuring that the provision runs smoothly, consistently and professionally every day, supporting both student improvement and teachers' ability to teach without disruption. Consistency is the single most important personal characteristic for this role. Woodkirk Academy is a high performing, successful, well established, fully comprehensive, co-educational 11-18 maintained Academy. We have a proud record in academic, intellectual, social and sporting, musical, dramatic and community developments. Our latest Ofsted report noted a ‘passion and commitment to continuous improvement’ and that ‘leadership at all levels is focused on the progress of pupils.’ We enjoy an excellent reputation as an employer and our ethos and working practices are well regarded. We take pride in looking after staff and supporting everyone in their roles in order to deliver excellent education to our students. The postholder will work 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm, term time only.
