You'll work both 1:1 and with small groups, delivering targeted interventions and helping pupils who may be dysregulated or require additional emotional, social and behavioural support to engage successfully with learning.The ideal candidate will:Hold Qualified Teacher Status QTS.Have experience working with children with SEND.Be confident supporting pupils with dysregulated behaviour using a calm, nurturing approach.Be patient, resilient and committed to helping every child succeed.Work effectively as part of a supportive school team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND teacher looking for a part-time role where they can have a genuine impact on pupils' progress and wellbeing.
