Year 6 SATs Booster & Intervention Teacher Location: Birmingham, B12 Start Date: September 2026 Contract: Part-Time (4 days per week) Duration: September 2026 until May 2027 Are you an eager and experienced teacher hoping to significantly influence students' academic growth? From September 2026 to May 2027, we, Academics, are looking to recruit a committed Year 6 SATs Booster & Intervention Teacher to work for one of our highly respected primary schools located in Birmingham City. This role focuses on delivering tailored interventions and booster sessions to help Year 6 students develop the confidence and knowledge to reach their full potential when sitting their SATs exams. The role of a SATs Booster & Intervention Teacher includes: • Deliver engaging and tailored English and Maths sessions to Year 6 pupils • Support pupils in preparing for the SATs exams by conducting small group and 1-to-1 sessions • Identifying learning gaps and adjust lessons to meet individual pupil needs • Work in close collaboration with Year 6 Teachers and Teaching Assistants to monitor pupils progress and needs The ideal candidate: • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) • Has experience supporting or teaching Key Stage 2 pupils, ideally year 6 • Has a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and SATs • Holds an Enhanced DBS (must be on the update service) • Willingness to complete relevant training continually when needed If being a SATs Booster & Intervention Teacher interests you, please do not hesitate to contact Alina at Academics LTD on or alternatively apply through this advert.
