Job description
About You:
The successful candidate will have meticulous organisation, high efficiency and pro-active approach to work, clear communication, emotional intelligence, and adaptable problem-solving. You will also be a good team player, modelling integrity and driving continuous improvement in your team.
Essential:
Good numeracy and literacy skills/GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English
Experience in administrative and strategic office work
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive ‘can do’ attitude
Excellent IT experience and be familiar with Office 365
Desirable:
Experience working in an education environment
Experience of line management including performance management
