Are you passionate about supporting Primary children with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary school in Andover for a temporary role with a possibility of becoming permanent for the right educator.
The Role:
• Provide 1-1 tailored support to KS1 and KS2 pupils who require additional support
• Work closely with class teachers to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
• Encourage and inspire children to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience supporting primary children is essential.
• A caring, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to making a positive difference.
Details:
• Start date: September 2026
• Pay rate: £92.63 a day
• Hours: Full-time, during school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
