Learning Support Assistant - Teaching Assistant - TA - Education and Training Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Benfleet Salary Scale: £92.59 - £120 per Day ( Depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities: • As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons. • Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs. • As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement. • Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies. • As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
