Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and specialist primary school in the Basingstoke area . Working Hours
•
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 9:00am – 3:30pm

Thursday: 9:00am – 4:30pm

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
•
Support pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
•
Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging learning experiences.
•
Build positive relationships that help children feel safe, confident, and valued.
•
Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual learning needs.
•
Encourage independence, communication, and social development.
•
Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Requirements

Hold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service , or
•
Be willing to apply for one through Teaching Personnel before starting employment.
