Learning Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are currently working alongside our client secondary school in Bolton to recruit a dedicated full-time Learning Support Assistant to start in September 2026. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with SENCO and other support staff to design and implement individualised support strategies to target key areas of learning. You will monitor student progress and achievements and identify the need for additional support. It is important that you have a sound knowledge of Special Educational Needs such as Autism, Dyslexia and behavioural disorders. • September 2026 start • Full-time position • Earn between £1860 - £2100 per month, dependent on experience and qualifications. • Paid weekly, via PAYE. • Access to free CPD training to enhance your professional development.
