The school has a welcoming and inclusive ethos, where staff work collaboratively to provide students with the support they need to flourish academically, socially and emotionally. The school is looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right Learning Support Assistant. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with teaching staff to provide classroom support for identified students, assist with adaptive teaching strategies, support students during break and lunchtime where required, maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with colleagues and external agencies, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the secondary school.
