We're seeking enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join the school on a term-time only basis. You don't need previous school experience to be successful. We're keen to hear from people with experience in care, youth work, sports coaching, mental health support, customer service, hospitality, nursery settings, healthcare, the police, armed forces or any role where you've supported people and built positive relationships. Working closely with teachers, you'll help pupils remain engaged in learning while providing encouragement and practical support throughout the school day. The role includes: • Supporting students within lessons. • Working with pupils who require additional support. • Encouraging confidence and independence. • Helping to create an inclusive learning environment. • Building positive relationships with students, families and staff.
