We're working with welcoming and inclusive Secondary Schools across Ealing who are looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their teams. Whether you're experienced in education or looking to take your first step into a school environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to support young people during an important stage of their education.
You'll work alongside teachers and pastoral teams, helping students stay engaged, overcome challenges and reach their potential, both inside and outside the classroom.
What you'll be doing:
• Supporting students in lessons, either one-to-one, in small groups or across the classroom
• Helping pupils stay focused, engaged and confident in their learning
• Providing additional support for students with SEND where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting independence
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive learning environment
• Building positive relationships that help young people thrive academically and personally
What we're looking for:
• Passionate about supporting young people and their education
• Patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships
• A confident communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
• Adaptable, proactive and happy to support wherever needed
• Experience working with young people in schools, youth work, coaching, care or similar settings is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
