Ullesthorpe is a small village school of four classes. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive, professional and friendly team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our highly committed team and willing to work across the schools in either Key Stages. The successful applicant will be: Experienced in a similar role Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications Able to work calmly under pressure Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems Able to work flexibly and creatively Happy, co-operative and able to work on own initiative A strong team player A person who demonstrates excellent initiative Added benefits; Staff Wellbeing support Term time working Excellent pension contribution from employer About Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT): The Trust was established in June 2017 and caters to children aged 4 to 11. It consists of the following schools, all located in Leicestershire and close to motorway links: All Saints CE Primary School, Sapcote, Dunton Bassett Primary School, Sharnford CE Primary School, John Wycliffe Primary School, Lutterworth, Gilmorton Chandler CE Primary School, Ullesthorpe CE Primary School, Claybrooke Primary School, St. Margaret's CE Primary School, Stoke Golding, St Mary's CE Primary School, Bitteswell Take the next step in your career and become a valued member of our caring school community! This post will be for 30 hours per week /Paid at Grade 5 pt 7 - £13.05 per hour / 39 weeks per year ( 38 weeks term time + 30 hours for training and inset days pro-rata) .
