We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and inspirational Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive, professional and friendly team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Learning Support Assistant to join our highly committed team and willing to work across the schools in either Key Stages. The successful applicant will be: Experienced in a similar role Highly organised and able to set clear priorities in managing their workload Able to communicate clearly and positively with staff, parents and pupils, both in person and in written communications Able to work calmly under pressure Able to show a 'can-do' attitude and seek solutions to problems Able to work flexibly and creatively Happy, co-operative and able to work on own initiative A strong team player A person who demonstrates excellent initiative Added benefits; Staff Wellbeing support Term time working Excellent pension contribution from employer About Inspiring Primaries Academy Trust (IPAT): The Trust was established in June 2017 and caters to children aged 4 to 11.
