The school operates as a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) and is built around the ethos of unconditional positive regard, ensuring every child feels valued, supported and safe enough to learn through trust, positive relationships and a nurturing environment. The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Learning Support Assistant on either a permanent, part-time or day-to-day basis from September. The successful Learning Support Assistant will work with pupils across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, supporting learning, encouraging positive behaviour, promoting emotional well-being and helping students overcome barriers to education both inside and outside the classroom.
