Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents where appropriate. The Candidate Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable. A patient, caring and proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, adaptable and professional attitude. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
