Learning Support Assistant & Midday Supervisor - Chandlers Field Primary Academy Start Date: ASAP, fixed term until 31 August 2027 when it will be reviewed Hours: 08:30 - 15:15 Monday - Friday 31.25 hours per week (28.75 hours LSA / 2.5 hours Midday Supervisor) with 30 minute unpaid break. Contract: Fixed term, term time only Salary: Learning Support Assistant PS3 FTE £25,134 - actual annual salary £16,811 Midday Supervisor PS1/2 FTE £24,092 - actual annual salary £1,401 The Role Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can truly make a difference to the lives of young people? We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team at Chandlers Field Primary School as a Learning Support Assistant and Midday Supervisor. This is a brilliant opportunity to support our pupils’ academic journeys whilst ensuring they have a safe and happy experience during the lunchtime break. You’ll work closely with class teachers to provide tailored support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning so they can really flourish.
