Learning Support Assistant

This is a rewarding role supporting pupils across the school, particularly those with additional needs. We are seeking an individual who: Has experience supporting children’s learning or wellbeing Has a strong understanding of child development and effective learning strategies Is able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff and work effectively as part of a team Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills Is proactive, patient and able to motivate and encourage pupils to succeed Has effective behaviour management skills Is organised and able to support the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Has a genuine passion for education and making a difference in young people’s lives
