Job Title: Primary LSA – Key Stage 1 & 2 Focus Location: Reading, Berkshire Agency: Teaching Personnel Pay Rate: Starting at £95 per day Contract: Full-time / Part-time (Primary Supply) Help Reading’s Youngest Learners Thrive! Teaching Personnel is looking for a gentle, encouraging Primary Learning Support Assistant to join partner primary schools across Reading. You will assist classroom teachers with guided reading, numeracy groups, and 1:1 support for children needing extra help accessing the Key Stage 1 and 2 curriculum. • Key Duties: Run phonics groups, assist with fine motor skills activities, and keep pupils focused during morning carpet time. • Requirements: Level 2/3 TA qualification or experience with primary-aged children; warm, patient demeanour; enhanced DBS on the Update Service. • Why Apply: Flexible local bookings, weekly PAYE pay, and access to Teaching Personnel’s primary CPD courses.
